Steve was very professional and friendly as he educated me, and addressed any concerns or questions I had as we discussed a range of options for income, trauma, tpd, and death insurance. There was no up-front cost for his time, which was very important to me as costs have been prohibitive previously. This is the second time in the last couple of years that we have had to claim on our sickness and accident policy. I know how we all hate paying out for these policies but I have to say, that both claims were done in good time, easy to deal with on the phone. We were backpaid then covered very well for the time my husband has to be off. I know there's lots of paperwork but it was dealt with quickly and premiums paused during the time he was off work . We were originally introduced to Steve through our mortgage broker as a duty of care process regarding our future financial security. So thankful to have been introduced to you. Steve picked apart our existing superannuation policies including TPD, Income protection and death benefits and we were shocked to realise how basic these policies were and how little they covered in the event of something untoward happening.
